Coeliac Safe was founded to help and support people with Coeliac disease that require vitamin and mineral supplements.
Mission
The vitamin market is a minefield, so we wanted to create a safe and reliable place for people to purchase high quality effective supplements with the reassurance they are also coeliac safe, using only pure ingredients.

Our story
​
Having coeliac disease myself and personally struggling to find gluten free vitamins and minerals without having to check the ingredients on every bottle and having to shop in multiple stores to buy the desired supplements in the right amounts, I thought I could come with an improved, more convenient solution.
From speaking to dietitians, healthcare professionals and through thorough research I have found that when regular vitamin and mineral supplements are taken orally, a high percentage don’t reach the blood stream because they aren’t fully absorbed by the digestive system. This is even more likely if you have coeliac disease where there is damage to the lining of the gut.

There is limited help and advice when it comes to vitamins and minerals. What do I need? Why do I need it? How much and how long for?

I founded Coeliac Safe Ltd to help people in a similar position, to give support, help and provide people with a Coeliac Safe solution that is proven to work.

INGREDIENTS
Many conventional, often lower-priced vitamin supplements contain poor quality ingredients, excipients, binders, fillers, and flow agents that can contribute to poor gut absorption.

Coeliac Safe supplements are made with the highest possible quality and produced with the most advanced production method of liposomal products in powder form. Our supplements contain only pure ingredients, no fillers, preservatives, or other inactive substances.

The finished products are then re-tested in the lab for purity, composition, and concentration. If they meet our high standards of quality assurance, the products are then packaged.

Heavily researched and natural raw materials are selected and tested for purity (contaminants), composition and concentration.

From start to finish of the production, storage and shipping process HACCP standards are adhered to, confirmed with a HACCP certificate.

**HACCP- (Hazard analysis critical control point) is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.

CLIMATE
CONSCIOUS
Coeliac Safe considers CO2 emission reductions in all its activities. We take great importance to the sustainability of the materials used.
We do this by using recyclable materials as much as possible. For instance, our supplements are packed in glass bottles with a low ecological footprint. Not to mention, our glass bottles come with various advantages for our products - the bottle does not let air though and the amber colour blocks daylight.
We use card, paper and paper tape in all of our outer and protective packaging instead of using plastic such as: bubble wrap, polystyrene and plastic-coated tape. Our Coeliac Safe box's are reusable and recyclable.
